Industrial-unit alterations and security roller-door installation
Building alterations, powered roller door, three control options and a purpose-built concrete access ramp.
THE BRIEF
Secure, practical access for an industrial unit.
Reactive Resource prepared and altered the opening, installed the powered security roller door and completed its control system. The door can be operated by handheld remote, internal push buttons or a secure external key switch. A new concrete ramp was then formed and poured, followed by operational and safety testing.

Frame and roller door
Installation of the structural surround, supports and powered security roller door.

Remote and push-button controls
Handheld radio remote and internal up/down buttons.

Control electronics
Inspection of the radio receiver, relays, protection and connections before integration with the powered door system.

External key control
Secure external key switch for controlled opening and closing.

Ramp preparation
Sub-base preparation and formwork completed before the concrete pour.

Concrete pour
Pouring, levelling and finishing the new access ramp.
COMPLETED & TESTED
Secure access, ready for use.
The completed door was tested from every control point. The finished installation combines secure powered access with a smooth, durable concrete approach to the unit.
