Three-phase distribution-board work
Provision and protection of the circuits required for the lift and workshop lighting.

A complete workshop project covering the three-phase supply, lift assembly, lighting, commissioning and final testing.
Reactive Resource planned and completed the electrical and mechanical work required for a Twin Busch TW 236 PE 400V two-post car lift. The project included work on the existing three-phase board, dedicated power and protection, full lift assembly, improved workshop lighting, operational checks and testing under load.

Provision and protection of the circuits required for the lift and workshop lighting.

Positioning both columns and preparing the lift layout within the workshop.

Assembly of the columns, cables, safety mechanisms and lift components.

Installation of the telescopic arms and anchoring of the base plates.

Connection and verification of the internal controls, protection and safety circuits.

Power connection, conductor checks and verification of phase rotation.

Installation of ceiling and wall-mounted LED lighting for even workshop visibility.

The completed installation was checked for correct operation, safety-device function and reliable three-phase performance. Final testing with a vehicle confirmed the lift and the improved lighting were ready for use.
